Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans can change. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time to cancel for a full refund or request a change to your order. Changes are subject to availability, and any price difference will be adjusted.
For cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time, we can offer a 50% credit toward a future Catering to Go order. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, as your food will already be in preparation.
If Avanti needs to cancel an order or cannot fulfill it as confirmed, the customer receives a full refund.
