All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be shown or applied as required.

Prices displayed on third-party ordering or delivery platforms may differ from prices offered directly by Avanti Events Ltd..

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting it, including menu selections, quantities, pickup or delivery information, dietary requests, and contact information.

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or cancelled due to product availability, technical errors, operational limitations, payment issues, or other circumstances.

Customers should review their order confirmation and contact us promptly if an error is identified.

 

6. Pickup & Delivery

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order at the location and time specified in their confirmation.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. Circumstances such as order volume, traffic, weather, third-party delivery services, or other conditions outside our reasonable control may affect timing.

Where delivery is provided by a third-party service, additional terms and conditions of that provider may apply.

 

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Avanti Events Ltd. takes food allergies and dietary requests seriously. However, our food is prepared in a commercial kitchen where common allergens are present and where equipment, preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, storage areas, and ingredients may be shared.

We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or significant dietary restrictions should inform us before placing an order and should speak directly with a member of our team where appropriate.

Menu descriptions and dietary designations are provided as general guidance and should not be relied upon as a guarantee that a product is suitable for a particular allergy or medical dietary requirement.

 

8. Catering & Group Orders

Catering, office lunches, group orders, and other larger food-service orders may be subject to additional terms regarding minimum order quantities, deposits, payment deadlines, delivery charges, order changes, cancellations, equipment, and service requirements.

Where a separate quotation, proposal, contract, order confirmation, or catering agreement has been provided, the terms contained in that document will apply to that order and will take precedence over these general website Terms & Conditions where there is a conflict.

 

9. School Lunch Programs

School lunch orders may be subject to program-specific ordering deadlines, menus, pricing, cancellation policies, delivery arrangements, and third-party ordering-platform terms.

Parents, guardians, schools, and program coordinators are responsible for reviewing applicable menu information and communicating relevant dietary or allergy concerns as required.

School lunch orders submitted after an applicable deadline may not be accepted or modified.

 

10. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Because food may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot always be accommodated once preparation has begun.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Avanti Events Ltd. as soon as reasonably possible.

Where we determine that an order was incorrectly prepared, materially incomplete, or otherwise not provided as ordered, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer a replacement, correction, account credit, or refund.

Refunds are not automatically provided solely because of personal taste or preference.

Separate cancellation and refund terms may apply to catering, group orders, school lunch programs, special orders, or promotional purchases.

 

11. Promotions & Offers

Promotions, discount codes, loyalty offers, complimentary items, and other special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, availability, minimum purchases, or other restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotion where reasonably necessary.
